Thanks z sha mine is still at NSC, any timelines to watch out for. I have travelled to my home country last week to be beside my ailing mother and will be using our AP to come back.

@ z sha starting from 10/01/2021, you must have the COVID-19 2 shots completed on your medical examination form.

mine was not a RFE, but a reminder stating you needed to submit medicals. We did not submit medicals during 485 submission. I believe we filled our Covid vaccination details too hope this helps

Two questions please 1)when it got transferred can we check status on uscis site or dependent on only the paper email? 2)was your under EB1C?

rw - similar situation as your. June 2021 EB1C concurrently filed at Nebraska. I140 approved in May 2022. it’s been over a month. no transfer of 485 yet. But might happen any day now.

mine is eb1c ..140 submitted in oct 2021 , 485 submitted in March 2022 , 140 approved earlier this month , 485 is at NBC from day 1 .. not sure when will it get approved?
