if you go on uscis website and go on Emma, connect to a live agent and give them your receipt number. they will tell you the status. I did that because my status hasn’t changed after interview. when I spoke to the agent, they told me that it can sometimes take 30 days to update on my end. the current status for my case is “interview completed”. even though I can’t see it on my end.

FNU - i had my applications processed at NBC- Lee’s Summit, MO so I wasn’t sure where your interview was. My interview was in New York on 7th June. my I-130 was approved on the 8th but still waiting for the approval of I-485 ( still in “interview scheduled” status).

my interview was June 17th

even though you don’t see the I-130 on your online account, you can still ask the agent and they will give you info. It just has to the the petitioner asking the questions as that form is for the petitioner not the beneficiary. that’s the reason why you don’t see it on your online account. your sponsor/spouse has to make the account with that form.

Interview was straight forward... questions on our parents names, kids name and DOB, marriage city and my current status... nothing complicated. The interviewer said everything looks legit and he's going to approve within a week :|
