I submitted medical but signature was beyond 60days so I got a deficiency letter PD 11/2021

I redid medical and once I receive it I will send it to NBC as instructed by agent

should receive it next week and I will send it express immediately I will keep you guys updated

we also scheduled for interview on 29 June in SanAntonio TX when we went over there the officer told us that your interview is waived and we are under IR 5 category still shows actively reviewing

@ J J 485 I didn’t send any medical and got no REF but will definitely keep you up dated when did you found out it was waived

filled concurrently 485,130,765. marriage based NBC DALLAS FO PD.. December 10 2021 RFE for sponsor may 20th RFE received may 31st Mid June got deficiency/courtsey letter for medicals and also called info pass... was told interview was requested... CALLED AGAIN July 7th was told... interview was waived on July 1st...

so I'm just playing the waiting game now.

Also no EAD yet. 😤

i called and was told today that as of 7/1 interview was waived

@Raghav Sridhar yes is marriage based I miss biometrics appointment for December 1 then I got a second appointment for April 2.

Nothing for me I asked a live agent yesterday and she told me my case is processing normally and the earliest I can submit questions is July 2024.My PD is Dec, 6,2021 NBC.

I have been submitted i130 on 29/09/2019 and get interview in February 7th 2022 and approved on 8th February 2022. Then I submitted I-485,I-131 and i786 with Medical in 02/08/2022 and still in reviewing the case(biometric reused). Based on f2a but later submitted my partners citizenship copy to upgrade from f2a to ir1 on April but they receive on may 2022. Field office Newark nj. No status update yet. Anyone else as my situation? Or receive any update based on similar situation? Please inform me. Thank you
