US Citizen filing for parents I485
Hello guys. I submitted an expedite request for both of my parents due to sickness and being over 70 years old. We never got a response if it was approved or not, but we did get a letter yesterday USCIS is requesting their medical examination. .
They didn’t submit their medical initially, their lawyer said will just submit it later.
Is this a good sign they are requesting the medical examination ? Does this mean they are near the end?

yes it’s a good sign and again I don’t know why lawyers keep saying send the medical later when they know RFE will delay your process

@blessings I know I hate the fact my lawyer do that too but I also understand it with all the crazy stuff going on with them no one knows how long these cases will take
