485 Transferred from Filed office to National Benefits Center
Hi, my 485 was transferred from NBC to Field office(San Fernando Valley Field office) after 1 day again case got got transferred to NBC. My wife's application still at San Fernando Valley Field office. May i know the reason for transferring my application back to NBC from Field Office. #i485
Interview Completed - Status still shows "Interview Scheduled"
I'd applied for my Family Based Greencard through my wife on October 7th, 2021 (NBC - Lee's Summit, MO). We had our interview together on June 7th 2022 and the interviewer had mentioned that he would approve it given that we have a child together.
My status on the USCIS website still shows "Interview was Scheduled" when we've already completed it
Questions:
1. How long does it take after the Interview for status to change and what is the next status?
2. I've received my EAD card on May 5, 2022 but not my travel document, I called USCIS and it's still processing. Any idea how long it takes after EAD?

Biometrics appointment twice
Hi all,
Is it normal to have biometrics appointment TWICE?
I already did it one in April, 2022 for my I485 and I765. Today I received another biometris appointment letter again by USCIS.
I am asked to go for another appointment (for I485 only) in June.
I dont really understand about it 😕

US Citizen filing for parents I485
Hello guys. I submitted an expedite request for both of my parents due to sickness and being over 70 years old. We never got a response if it was approved or not, but we did get a letter yesterday USCIS is requesting their medical examination. .
They didn’t submit their medical initially, their lawyer said will just submit it later.
Is this a good sign they are requesting the medical examination ? Does this mean they are near the end?

My RFE (medical) response was arrived at the mount laurel field office (non local office) on April 11th 2022.
Its been more 60 days for not hearing any approval or decision after my RFE response arrived.
I submmited a request via emma today and I have an referral number that Emma gave it to me.
how long do I need to wait more for the form i-485 decision?
does anyone have same experience with this issue?

my interview experience: we arrived 20 minutes early, they asked us for the interview letter and gave us a ticket to wait, we waited 50 minutes and then the officer called us, i brought a translator (I don't speak fluent English) and my husband and I, the officer super friendly, from the moment we entered the room he told my translator that my case had already been approved that he would only confirm my name and background questions of yes or no. After that, he informed out how to remove the conditions and then apply for citizenship and that's it. I didn't ask my husband anything and he said congratulations, in two weeks I will receive my green card, then we left and that's it, super happy and calm, I hope that you and everyone do the same or better than me, good luck in your interview.
