the one I know sent hers before interview. She never got RFE about the medicals until approval . It meant they received it successfully

I don’t know what you want to do . but if I were you, I would wait for the RFE because it comes with a unique return letter page that identifies your mail when they receive it .USCIS is not organized, especially when you send them something they haven’t ask you yet

do you know when did they waived your interview? mine was waived 3 weeks ago still didn't get rfe or system doesn't show yet.

@LL mine was waived about 3 weeks ago as well and I didn’t get an RFE that’s why I decided to Interfile. I don’t mind doing the medical over if receive RFE. @JE you’re completely right. (mine didn’t go to FO though it’s still at NBC and will probably stay there if my interview is waived) that’s why I included a cover letter (explaining to them it’s an Interfile with my a number and i485 receipt) with barcodes to make the process of attaching my medical to my file as easy as possible. (I’m hoping this triggers an approval)

@JE I called and that’s how I knew because the agent told me it was waived. different agents I called multiple times on different days to be sure. and I heard the barcodes make it easier for them to attach it to your file. I also went one step further and sent it to the RFE address for NBC. did you get any update or notification that’s your medical was attached to your case? I’m going to call next week and try to find out about mine

if your interview was waived it went successfully

@J J 485..ofcourse I did, there’s no way to know if it went successfully honey because it was interfiled even if you ask Emma.

@J J 485 my friend send also her medical without rfe (interfiled). she chatted Emma then via live agent…they didn’t see anything from there after 3 weeks case was approved. Eventually the interview was waived. So meaning the medical was accepted successfully 😉

@Cheryl do you know when your friends interview waived mine was waived 4 weeks ago still didn't receive the approval

@LL 3 weeks after she send the medical (interfile) she just received status her case was approved. She didn’t know when the interview was waived. Best of luck to you 🙏

@cheryl the only way to know if Interfile is successful is case approval. what field office was your friend at ? was it approved at NBC?

@JJ 485 I read some post that some people who interfiled their medical contacted Emma, They’re asking if the medical was attached, some agent replied yes others they didn’t see it if it was attached. my friend originally form TSC then transferred to NBC.

@JJ 485 My (medical) was interfiled too on June 28, 2022 at NBC. I contacted Emma if the medical was attached, according to the live agent, she didn’t see anything but she told me that my case was transferred to my LFO(El PASO). Still waiting what comes next…it could be RFE medical or interview 😉Let’s just hope for the positive outcome 🙏

@cheryl did you use a cover letter when you Interfiled?

@cheryl it’s been over 3 weeks since you Interfiled did you track it to make sure it was delivered. did you send it to RFE address?

@JJ 485, yes I used cover letter, I did not send to rfe address because I didn’t receive rfe. I just send it to NBC address…( when my case was transferred I used the address they send me)

I used RFE address it’s a better chance it will be attached at that address since that what they do there in my opinion. anyways this Friday will make it 2 weeks since they received my medical I’m praying we both get it attached to our case and an approval before august 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 god is good

@JJ 485 there’s no such as RFE address if you didn’t received a letter requesting a medical RFE. My other friend is from NBC her medical RFE is Boston and some is their local field office like me.( El Paso)

Anyways I believe that if it’s God’s will, there’s no impossible. Let’s just hope and pray it’ll be done according to His will.

@cheryl when I say RFE address I mean the adddress that’s on the RFE notice for case processing at NBC. they tell you how to address it to make sure they receive it.

@JE I called. they said they can’t confirm what it is. but they received something and uploaded to my case. the only thing I sent was my medical so it has to be my medical

when I logged in to my USCIS account it says I can’t change my mailing address anymore in this part of the adjudication process.

@JE I don’t need to change my address. I just noticed that message there when it wasn’t there before. I was told that means they are looking at my case i found out they received my medical by calling TWICE on different days and was given the same answer and the same date which it was attached. I always call because Emma can be inaccurate sometimes. thank you Jesus for all that you are doing for me

@MS google medical Interfile there is a website that generates a letter and barcode for you to make it easy to attach to your file.
