What is a reasonable timeline for i485 transfer after i140 approval? Filed concurrently in Jun 21 and i140 was on approved Jun 1st. #i485

mine is pending since 02/19/21 and nothing happens. until now only 140 approved, biometrics done and without 765 approved. No Comb Card and almost 16 months watting. Eb3 process.... I hope good news soon 🙌🙌

But is not necessary to transfer the case case to NVC to get 485 approved right? Everything is so wierd... Mine Sponsor has been almost giving up me 😔

I think they are transferring most AOS cases from Nebraska and Texas

To be honest, I don't believe in nothing from USCIS times lines until I got at list my work pemit approved. Nebraska is stuck. Friends of mine got the work permit in 4 months, others in 18 months and I have almost 16 months waiting...

https://hilites.today shows very few transfers though. not sure about the accuracy of the site… Do transfers happen on a schedule?

Jackie, do you know if the applications go to the lockbox or service center. I see a lot of transfer from the lockbox today. I’m not sure of the difference between the two.
