While in removal proceedings, did uscis approve work permit for you based on pending i485?

I wanna know do I need my I 130 approved first before filling motion to terminate removal proceeding, Also I wanna know does i130 require interview to be done to get approval , also can I fill for Ead despite having a pending court date or pending i130 approval can you pls give me more info about this thanks

guys I have they same 1 290b case file motion to reopen since August 2021 they mail me letter say they receive my appeal &incase they need biometric they will mail me also I send Renew of my ead June 2021 and march 3 2022 I get update they close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means I don’t know what it mean I stress out so it’s being 8 months & 3 weeks now I receive letter that’s they receive my appeal and transfer my case to they chief officer at federal plaza ny & incase I need to make inquiry I should mail them

did you get approved i130 or i485? I applied for my ead in Jan 2022 and my green card got approved in Feb 2022 I received that status update, close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means

so I have a question guys, would be glad if I could get a response. I am in removal proceedings presently due to an asylum case but I got married while in removal proceedings and after 2 years and 5 months of submitting my i130 application my interview was scheduled last month and my interview is this Wednesday. I wasn’t able to apply for i485 because I am in removal proceedings so Klau how were you able to apply for both while in removal proceedings?

according to my lawyer my case would go like this, after my i130 gets approved by the grace of God, she would then file a motion with my approved i130 to bring my hearing foward cos my next court hearing is next year. We are hoping the judge doesn’t throw out the case and actually gives me a hearing as soon as we submit the motion so the judge can be the one to adjust my status instead of USCIS. If the judge throws out the case and refers me to USCIS I would have to wait in line which could take up to a year to have an interview scheduled instead of having a 10 -15 minutes hearing at the court with my husband. So from a time perspective my lawyer and I prefer to adjust with the court. any one been in this situation? What did you do?

since then nothing else I’m still waiting my lawyer send inquiry they didn’t respond back I’m worried what it transfer there I have no idea

@Lammy A lot of people asked me why I filed both, my lawyer recommended me to filed both to save time, I had my interview 11/29/21 got approved 01/25 i130 & 01/26 i485, I was not in removal of proceedings when I got married, had never been detail and adjust status to a usa citizen, the judge that has my hearing set for 6/2023 gave us time to have my GC before my hearing, uscis concent now he has to close the case as I had a better remedy. I'm in NYC if you want I can give you my lawyers info to get a second opinion
