If the sponsor is a student with no income currently, getting married and starting a job in July after graduation with income that would qualify, would just employment letter work or W2/tax return is necessary? Sponsor did not file tax for the last few years due to no income in school and was claimed as dependent by father. #i864 #I485 #I765 #FamilyBased #F2A

your father can be your sponsor if he meets the required annual income and has file tax.

you are not qualified to be the sponsor from what you wrote or you wait till you make required income and file tax too but it’s better you hire a lawyer that can give you the exact and accurate guide necessary

she can sponsor ,if she have annual income above poverty level starting from July to December.
