I don’t think your petitioner can request an expidite for you. you have to do it yourself and you can show proof of bills maybe addresssed to your and your spouse

@sm do the bills have to be in both our names? I ask because most of the bills are addressed to my spouse. we have a few in both our names like insurance and all that. but the bigger bills are addressed to my spouse since I don't have an SSN to put my name on them(like car payments, rent, student loans)

all you can do is try with whatever you have and see. worst case scenario they deny you but until then just try. and you can submit and expidite more than once. if they deny you, well submit another then. also if you get to appoint where they ask for proof, accompany a letter as well explaining your situation

@sm yes u can use your spouse bills because that’s what I did. i used our lease , light bill , internet bill , phone bill , car insurance , car monthly bill , and our kids expenses like snacks and all of that.

it said card was being produced like 3 days later

i expedited on the 20th of feb .. 23 of feb they asked for more evidence.. on the 25 I got approved March 2nd new card being produced ..

Hey, I expedite my case too ,they approved on April 18 still waiting mail …
