i did expedite 4 times without luck. i think it just happened that they approve it yesterday

no change of status. the first one I got flat no rejection by e-mail. and the 3 expedited after that, just complete silence

Hi Krish, My timeline is vert similar to yours. Receipt date is 3rd January 2022 and Biometric date is 22 Feb 2022. I have not heard anything since February. Same case US citizen filing for a spouse. Field office Buffalo and NBC.

I am currently on H1b and working on H1b visa, can I still submit expedite request? My husband is in different state and I want to move there as soon as possible, H1b has lot of restriction and that's why I want EAD so that I can look for any jobs there
