Case rejected . My case rejected because uscis couldn't cash my check. They revoked my approved EAD. do i need to start again with a new biometrics and all ? does anyone know about re filing this?

The rejection notice saying my I485 rejected on Feb 18th 2022, But the uscis account showing my case is being actively reviewed. The. my EAD approved on march 25th. i sent a enquiry about not receiving my ead on 05/09 and i just received a mail showing that my case is rejected on February 18th because of that the uscis revoked my i765. So if im filing a new application with new fee. do i need to attach any receipt notice that i received from uscis? do i need to re do that biometrics? pls let me know if anybody knows about it.

I don’t think you would need to redo biometrics again but for sure attach the receipt they sent you in hope of them speeding it after seeing that

it says card is being produced, but they rejected my i485 , because of that all other approved applications are revoked 😑😵💫

i don't know either. I send them 2 checks. one with $1140 then $85 for biometrics. they took $1140 from the account. then they couldn't cash the $85. I received a $1140 check last week from US treasury and i guess it's the money they took from my account. and i just received a email that telling me , uscis revoked my i765 because my i485 rejected on February. this is so stupid. now i have to file this all process again i guess. and i also payed $30 following on the rejection notice. my case still showing actively reviewing in their uscis online account. this doesn't make any sense to me at all.

I think you made a mistake, you sent the forms together, that is, concurrent filing

Uscis is something else. How did you even reach to bio n card being approved stage without them 1st making sure the checks were valid smh. Sorry to hear that though.

no i didn't send any forms or applications together. i filed my ead on march because my i485 status was actively reviewing in online account. then idk why they approved my ead on march 25th. i even received my ssn on april 5th, And now this is all happened. this whole system have really big problem.
