Congrats to your I-485 approved! Did your I-485 get transferred from NSC to other office (National Benefits Center?)? I got notice which my wife and my I-485 cases just transferred to another office (will be clear when receiving notice letter). My attorney said, it may speed up the process. Actually, I hope I can get I-485 approved prior to I765. My I-765 and I-485 were submitted concurrently and received on 16 Apr, 2021. It's over a year and my I-765 has not been issued yet. Your receipt date and case update are very similar to mine, 5 months after receipt date, Biometrics was conducted. You're lucky to get I-765 in March and I-485 approved this month. I am hoping I will get I-765 in May and then green card in June.
