Medical Exam I-693
My husband and I are going through consular processing and I've been trying to get together the rest of the forms we need in advance. The form only has a space for a U.S. based address, and his physical address would still be in Canada until after his approval. Does anyone know if the medical exam form for consular processing is different than the I-693 for medical exams through USCIS?

I’m in removal proceeding and have approved I-130, I-485 administrative closed 3 months ago. lawyer filed PD request through eportal to DHS / opla Boston 4 months ago through portal no news until now. I complained to my laywer and he only filed it the same thing again 1 month ago this time through e-mail. DHS / Opla Boston never pick up phone call ( always straight to voice message immediately) and never response to email.
i even have to call immigration court myself because my lawyer didn’t do anything to request for merit / individual hearing but I only get the date a year from now.
my lawyer refused to do anything else beside saying “ we already did everything we can “
cant find lawyer who want to take my case because it’s already half way there. any input / suggestion ?

Hi everyone ,i filed vawa 7 months ago i noticed that my lawyer didnt send my i-131 today i asked her to file it for me.because my dad is sick i havent seen him for 14 years and i’d like to go see him.
she told me on top of the money i already gave her,i have to give her an extra $875 am i supposed to give her extra money for that? .is there any other way i can send it without her? she clearly knows im not working since i dont have my EAD yet.

I’m F2A California. Filed on April 21 St, 2020. Actively reviewed since February, 2022. I’m see that everybody after my priority day has been approved. This is the slowest wait ever. 😩

asking for a friend who is an American citizen and want to file form l-130 to her parents who are here in the US right now on a tourist visa. They came here a month ago, but I want to know if they have to stay in the states for the whole application processing time? or do they have the chance to go back to their country?
