good afternoon, I have a question, my pd is April 2022, uscis sent me a NOID On June 7, I sent my response 90 days ago, I made a SR and they told me my case is pending review. should I contact the congressman?

What’s the reason for the NOID?
As far as I know, pending review means that they received your response and they’re reviewing it, if they’re not convinced they’ll send you another NOID or RFE, depending on your case

yep, but it was 90 days ago 😭😭 Bona fide evidence and they also requested my medicals
