Get Vaccines! You can go to any pharmacy or your primary care provider and get required vaccines.

In that case your doctor may get you the vaccine shots needed as per USCIS requirements.

@S K have your PCP run antigen/antibody bloodwork to show you have already received the vaccines listed on i-693 then take the results to the civil surgeon and they’ll sign off as you having received the vaccines.

My doctor was not interested in my vaccine records. The fee I payed was inclusive of titre testing, essentially running a blood sample to analyze a threshold of antibodies present. In my case, even despite having a varicella vaccine as a teen and having caught chicken pox as a child, my antibodies were too low and I had to get another. This should be available to you and should be acceptable in lieu of a record.

so it’s not catastrophe!! thank you so much:)

but the quantiferon blood test takes 3-7days, the others you can get tested for titers, hep b, varicella, mmr, gonorrhea and syphilis, and that’s all you need including the Covid vaccine and flu vaccine if it’s the flu season

Do remember that the legal professionals and immigration professionals are taking guidance from the CDC on this one. The CDC has outlined what are acceptable proofs and the lab report of the titres plus whatever documents from vaccines you receive thereafter are sufficient evidence. For the many things that are subject to varied interpretation, thankfully this isn’t really one of them.

@DJ I recently did mine, that’s why I told him exactly what he needed

@S K If you did any vaccinations in any of the states in United States then don’t worry. What medical professionals do is check a website where your name is looked up and all your vaccinations in the US & it’s detail would be seen. I know this because Medicine is my field.

I haven’t, only COViD ones, the rest I did in my home country years ago
P OSep 26, 2022
@S K Don’t worry when you go to the doctor they make sure you do the ones you need here again since there are no records of that.
