Hello everyone! I need some help, please. So my VAWA case is currently on-going. I just started filing for it few months ago. I took a while to file because of finances. Recently, my estranged husband and I started talking again. Its been almost a year since we last spoke and almost 3 years since we have been separated. He hurt me badly but I still love him. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. He seems to have found God and doing much better. removal while marriage in process

so I had my removal hearing today and I fee like the judge might proceed with the removal which sucks. I’m currently married to U.S citizen and I-130 form is still being reviewed by USCIS does anyone know if the removal decision went through. does that mean it’s in effect or since my marriage process is taking place I still have an exception?! please answer to the best of knowledge or experience. thx!

Hello everyone! Please advise, I have a pending EAD application marriage based (Applied on 6/1/2022). I will finish my Ph.D. program in STEM on 12/9/22 (Last day of classes) or 12/16/22 (Last day of semester). I got a job offer to start on 12/12/22. I asked to : 3 lawyers, 4 schools advisors & DOS representatives. All of them gave me very contrasting answers. Should I apply for OPT ? Or that will delay/create conflicts with my marriage based pending EAD? Thanks! I know that is a very unique case based on categories and timelines. Thanks!

Tax Transcripts Question for EAD Renewal

I recently got my first EAD but it’s only valid for 3 months because it’s tied to my husband’s work contract end date. We were advised to lodge the application so a first card came through and I would not loose out on the job opportunity. I am in the process of submitting an application for renewal because my husband’s contract was renewed recently till 2027. The renewed EAD would now have longer validity. However, since I started working recently, I have only received one paycheck so far. Therefore, I am not sure what to include as tax transcripts? Assuming, I submit the renewal on 3 Oct 2022 to USCIS what would I include to show for tax? It’s too early to have filed a tax return as yet. I don’t have previous employment history in the US. Would anyone know what to include to prove taxation proof in such a case?

I need some advice. Earlier this year I applied for an EB2 NIW. The application is still pending. I got a new job in April and my employer is talking about starting my green card beginning of next year. Do you think I should tell them I have applied for EB2 visa? What’s your thought?

I-130 (spouse) errors

Hi all, We've recently filed I-130 online and my husband (petitioner) sent me a copy today. There are a few errors in there: 1. prior marriage end date is repeated for our marriage 2. my phone number is incorrect 3. his work street address is incorrect 4. my prior marriage husband's name is spelled wrong. We have NOA1. Should he upload a corrected version and signed statement of corrections in the other section online? and then follow up by logging typographical errors to USCIS? Thanks
