leaving US with AP document while on STEM OPT F1
hello folk,
How safe is traveling with advance parole document? any recent experience? I plan to travel while my I-485 form status is pending. I already use my student based-EAD for work. if I leave US, I would loss my current EAD, right? I have another EAD (I-485 based) untouched, in hand. Do I need to do any paperwork to change my work authorization to be based of I-485—EAD? very confused!

i applied ir1 i130 for my wife back in 2017 long story short after interviews her case is retunred to USCIS for review .and is taking too long they said almost 2 years .now my question can my wife apply for tourist visa or that will harm her case with uscis .

wish me luck. been out of status since 2016, got my i-130 approved last year and my tps approved this year, 6 months ago. I’m gonna apply for the I-131 and hoping to travel to Europe. if you had any experience traveling with AP and were out if status, share your experience.

my form is located in downtown potomac
I would like to know how long my request is taking. I already had an IR-2 category green card but I stayed out of the country for more than a year due to medical problems and I had to start a new petition. I still have a valid green card. #i130
NVC QUESTION/ expedite
NVC replied to my expedite request saying that the embassy or consulate is willing to expedite my request once the documents have been reviewed…. I don’t quite understand.. like the document approval can take up to 3 months but they said that the embassy is willing to expedite… should I call the embassy? thank you

NVC has requested for an i864A form, I am the sponsor petitioning for my husband. We currently both live in Turkey.
Along with the form, documentation needs to be submitted, proof of citizenship, marriage and domicile. Who submits the proof the sponsor or the immigrant. If my husband has to provide proof, how does that working when he’s not a us citizen nor can he provide a domicile? I am a US citizen and if it’s my proof that’s needed then how do I show domicile if I currently live in Turkey?
