Hello my friends i got confused i want to explain a bit to you i got married inside in the united states with an U.S citizen and now i live in the united states also now we are about to send my documents to get my green card is this the first one is i-130 form, second step i-485, third step i-765, or am i wrong do i need to fill other forms Again? please help me
Uploading Unsolicited Evidence for i-130
Hi all,
I think I did not upload enough bona fide evidence with my i-130 form, and I want to upload some more documents in the "unsolicited evidence" section. But I have read that this could reset my place in line, so my case could be delayed. Is this true? #i-130 #evidence #unsolicited #texasservicecenter

Has anyone ever been scheduled for an interview without RFE. So my case was transferred to our local office on 2nd August and today I received this notice that my case has been scheduled for an interview without asking for RFE? Will I go for interview without RFE/MEDICAL exam or? Am all confused!!
Dallas filers: Processing times pushed back by few months
I just happen to check processing times for N400 for Dallas FO. It is now 20.5 months, before it was 16.5 months.
This also means case inquiry dates will be pushed back. My n400 interview was completed in Feb 2022, case inquiry date is end of July 2023. Yikes!
