The i130 my lawyer filled online for me and she signed electronically for her and me. However They requested me to upload and send them the sponsor’s form again in the online account. and I had to send it all online. What I did was, I uploaded everything on a pdf, printed out the signatures page, signed with black pen, then scanned and repleaced to the blank signature page in the pdf then uploaded everything. When you file online, there’s an option to sign electronically.

I guess I should be expecting an Rfe. I filed online and didn't see the option. to sign electronically, so I typed it in. Tsc active review March 5th USC.. 🤦🏽‍♀️
