I have a a issue that is driving me crazy. I realized that the lawyer put his name in the Beneficiary spot and I don't know what to do, is there a way I can fix this ?? so it's the lawyers 1st name with my husbands last name how can I get this corrected ?? I sent a secured message but I don't know what to do 🤦🏽♀️

so today after waiting for almost six months called uscis to expedite my EAD (I-765) so while I was doing that he told me that someone will give call if they need proof of finanacial loss or they just going to process …question is what should I provide them if they ask anyone with same experience??
while I had him on the line I asked my if there any update on my I-485
he told me on July 4/5 officer waived my interview and then again July 15ish he took the waiver off and then he said they forwarded my file on July 25-28 to my local uscis office …is it interview??that I should see in couple of months letter it’s already been couple months since forwarded
anyone with same experience or anyone knows what was he talking about ?? I m very confused …thoughts and help appreciated …thanks

anyone like this? every time I contact USCIS, they say waiting for review and it’s at my local office. they give the 90 days limit and when it’s over, they say the same thing. please help?

hello fam. what’s really going on with USCIS? since January and no movement. is there anything needs to be done? No RFE ever asked to me. i have couple of times and one agent said interview requested since June 1 and the other said interview waived in July 1. which one to believe. either way no update. anybody can relate to that.

Just an update for someone with the same or around the same pd.
I called to just get an update about my case since it’s been 8 months and all I got was the case was received letter. the nice rep I spoke with said that my application was still at nbc “processing”. I’m not in any hurry or so about it. If you are around the same time or after hang in there lol. We got a while to go
