I-485 update with emma
so I tried to get an update on if it’s still at nbc or local office. i got some rude service rep. she basically refused to give me any update and said to check my online account if I want any. if you do get a good rep, tell God thank you 😂😂😂

same happened to me before, terrible experience, just ask another Emma live agents again, and remember agent ID.
