Hello Goodnight. I need help because 352 days ago today I submitted my petition i-130 category f1.
my form is located in downtown potomac
I would like to know how long my request is taking. I already had an IR-2 category green card but I stayed out of the country for more than a year due to medical problems and I had to start a new petition. I still have a valid green card. #i130

Yes, the US embassy asked me to make a new petition since I had been away for more than 12 months and I had to request a petition for a son over 21 years of age of an American citizen. I still have my green card valid
