good morning everyone. yesterday i received notice from USCIS requesting for initial evidence in the form of 2 passport style pictures of my husband and a divorce certificate with english translation from his previous marriage. i would like to share this with you and ask if anyone has had this same situation and what could i expect after the evidence is provided.

they require this when you apply but I don't think it's a problem, just upload the photos and the divorce certificate as soon as possible and yes make sure it's translated to English by an official translator! I believe you are both supposed to sign the back of your passport photos and upload photos of both front and back. hope that helps and good luck!
