EB2 and EB3?
I need some advice. Earlier this year I applied for an EB2 NIW. The application is still pending. I got a new job in April and my employer is talking about starting my green card beginning of next year. Do you think I should tell them I have applied for EB2 visa? What’s your thought?

Don’t mention now, wait till next year when they really ready for it.. I believe you may have 2 applications on-going NIW and EB2.. you could consult your attorney about it
