AP (I-131) without EAD processing time
Has anyone recently received standalone AP (not a combo card) ? How long did it take for you ? I wonder if the processing time is in the lower end (3 months rather than 5 months at NBC) for people who file just fot AP without EAD
I filed on September 20, biometrics done on November 5, really hoping to receive AP at the beginning of January.
oath ceremony is canceled
my oath ceremony was canceled a day before on May 12 ,2021 in Milwaukee and I changed my address since I moved to California. it has been 7 months and I haven't heard anything from uscis. does anyone know how long changing address will delay a case?

hey May fillers
may 2021 fillers, I see that they’re working on May cases already and I’m feeling hopeful, my PD is May 17 and I haven’t received the EAD and parole yet. my case is ready to be scheduled for interview since September 27. this is so frustrating. do you guys think I should expedite to see if anything happens?

y’all please….if you have the privilege of opening an online account on “My USCIS” website, please use that code that you received bfore expire, and create your account. through that account you have access to any notice that USCIS send to you, and you don’t need to worry about USPS loosing your notice letter from USCIS, because you gonna be able to just log in to your account and print out the notice and use it for your appointments. stop missing appointments for something silly. it’s just a friendly reminder, because I’ve seen a lot of people missing biometrics appointments cuz they didn’t have the notice, but maybe this person could just have created the My USCIS account and print out the notice from home.

My ead was just approved and was sent by priority mail on Thursday but it never got to me. what do I do. is there a duration before I can request for a replacement card. please help

Mistake on my I 130 form
Good Morning, please can someone advice me on what to do , my wife is a US citizen we filled our I 130 and I 129f case through our lawyer , after 8 month USCIS sent us request for RFE initial evidence . Which stated that we should summit our divorce Cerificate, we found out that the lawyer made a mistake while filing the USCIS form online and is trying to cover it up, she filled that i and my wife had been previously married twice instead of 1 -1 she filled 2-2 in the number space , neither my wife or I have been previously married this is a careless mistake from an incompetent lawyer after paying her huge amount of money, She has responded to the USCIS RFE by making it back to them with the cover letter and explain that is was a mistake and neither I and my wife has been married before . USCIS just updated it on their site that they got our response to the RFE and have started to work on the case again . , my wife is a US citizen and I am an Italian resident and got married in Italy two year ago. So in this case what might be the decision of the USCIS. Does anyone have an idea ?
