they’re on November 2019 now for vawa approvals so you have a year more. did you apply for c9 work permit? did u received it?

yes ,got it 6 months ago plus first Prima facie .

ok well that’s great. those are good signs. so u just have about a year for your i360 to be approved 🤞🏾 then your i485 can start to process you’re almost almost there.

how do you see what applications they are working on?

when you check the form i360 and Vermont it says august 2019 but that’s wrong you just see ppl who are approved on here and they share their timeline so you know

I applied 2017 still waiting on my vawa approval , I keep getting the prima facie determination but nothing for approval letter yet 😢

@ nik I’m happy you got your EAD tho. the wait times are crazy now .,wow I’m waiting for my EAD I’ve applied June 2021. and yes thank God we did smh it’s a scary experience I’m happy we’re past that wouldn’t wish abuse on any one

Hi Liza Liza I do have a lawyer, they have everything they ask for , they keep sending prima facie determination and renew my Ead every year , I’m under c09 category, I did contact congress last year , they just respond they working on , same for my lawyer . is very upset and stressful, but what I can do ? 😞 just wait .

i have not received prima facie yet it’s been 9 months ? VAWA case USCIS received in March 4th later I received letter saying that they used my old biometrics I never received my work permit (EAD) but never received prima facie .. do I have to worry about anything , is it normal to not receive prima facie it’s been 9 months .appreciated.Thank you

@ Ayen wow if there sending Prima Facies to you that means your case is Valid but that’s very long time smh I’m so sorry I honestly don’t know what to say. unfortunately waiting is the only option you have. are you a male? I’ve heard of Male cases taking longer than Necessary ( not sure how true that is). but hang in there please you’re going to get through okay.

@Peterson honestly I don’t think it’s a bad sign I’ve heard of people not receiving anything until and RFE or and approval so idk. and then again the prima facie is when they receive your file at first look they saw the abuse and they sent that. did u use a lawyer? and yes the EAD is very backed up smh I’m also awaiting mine. I’ve seen 2 ppl from February of this year receive theirs so hopefully things are moving. if anything you’re almost at time to out in a out of processsing times so hold on a bit more. what was your bio applied too which case? also make sure u applied for c9 work permit which processes because you filed your i485 and not the c31 which process until your i360 is approved
