Hello, I received a text and email from USCIS that said “we have taken an action on your case, sign into your uscis account “ but when I signed in I didn’t see any updates, how long will I have to wait for said “action” to reflect on my account? I’m a foreign spouse of a us citizen filing for a green card and I just had my biometrics 2 days ago
Leaving the US whilst i-129/L1B is pending…issues?
My i-129/L1B visa extension is currently pending to be adjudicated and my employer is filing premium processing.
My question is, could I leave the US to go home to the UK to see my parents., without it impacting my petition?
i expect USCIS will adjudicate the case in 15 days from when they receive the premium orocessing, so well before end December
i plan to book an appointment at a US Embassy to get a new visa stamp.
Faxing Evidence to USCIS
Hello everyone,
I have requested expedite service for my work Authorization Document and USCIS sent me an email which is asking for evidence. They provided a number for me to fax documents however, there is also Attn, LA, div and Tm details. Do you know what am I supposed to do with these details? I understand that I need a number to fax but I don't know what to do with those details. I have never sent or receive fax before. We don't use these type of outdated stuff in my home country anymore.

GC Interview Schedule
My biometric appointment was scheduled on 5th October and the status was changed to ‘Fingerprints received’. There has been no updates since. Does anyone know how long does it take for interview to be scheduled? I did a medical 1 week after my biometrics but I am afraid it might get outdated as it won’t be within 2 months of interview. my service center is Lee Summit, MO

H-1B Receipt Notice
Hi there! My current employer filed an H-1B change of employer petition (“transfer”) Oct 15 — about 2 months ago. Regular processing. They still haven’t received a receipt number/notice. Are delays this long common at the moment?
I thought that the receipt number should come in a few weeks… I’m worried that I’ll hit 60 days
