Hey I received the same email after 4 days of filling a petition to my spouse, and I think that means you case has been transferred to another service center! (when I asked a live agent, he told me my case got transferred)! you can try a live chat and ask which service center is processing your case !

you can try to logging in your uscis account from there click on the arrow document you should be able to see

it does not mean your case has been transferred, it means they’re doing your background check and checking your forms.

everyone’s case is unique so I’m unable to say, mines have been reviewing since October 7th.

I received the text only one day after my biometrics, was that the same for you?

@ Jack James for me it happened after an hour or so after I did my biometrics.

you should check your documents section on your account to see if there's an approval letter there

I saw that too after my biometric. I think is a system generated error. It means nothing. Just double check the document section from the drop down menu on the online account to see if there’s an approval.

I received the same message too and when checked my USCIS account it was an RFE.

“We have taken an action on your case” got this message. It shows that case is actively being reviewed that’s it. It was before the same statement that we actively reviewing your case, “but after We have taken an action on your case” the same thing. No changes
