Ann - it depends. they may start with a conditional 2-year GC or skip the conditional and give you the 10-year no-condition GC. I know a couple who were married for over 3 years but the immigrant spouse still got the 2-year conditional GC first. USCIS is like the weather. you can't predict them 100%. 😂
