I got my bios done on Feb 11 and got and update on February 18 your interview it’s ready to scheduled. after that I got an update not until October that my interview was set for next month of November. so it’s a timeframe of 8 months waiting for interview date. hope this helps. let know know.

I been waiting 17 months the Haven’t schedule interview for me yet

I had a friend whose biometrics was scheduled after me and he got the interview scheduled this week so I am sure it’s not a 8 month long wait.

depends where you located @Sam A but will take sometime for your interview to be set. I’m sure yours will come good just be patience, don’t be waiting.. all cases are different maybe yours will come faster. just be prepared for questions in the interview you have good time to be prepare.

it's been 2 months still didn't hear anything from uscis about RFE

they were very quick regarding my RFE, after receiving my RFE packet they got a case update within 2 days regarding medical and 3 weeks later biometrics

I submitted my rfe online. that was my joint sponsor’s birt certificate. I don't know why but still waiting. also everyone get rfe before bio but I got after bio

@sam, my status only updated to "rfe response received and we have begun working on your case again''-11 days after i sent it. It's now been 19 days since then.

@Ana S make sure you have all vaccinations done COVID., flu, tdap, blood test lots of applicants forget to do all those and wait until the last minute and they don’t get approved until they get all vaccinations. just make sure you get all your timelines done on time.

I didn't. I m just waiting for the interview. EAD WILL come eventually

Has anyone tried contacting live agent if their interview is not scheduled over 3 months? Do they help ?

@Sam A since my biometrics appointment I’ve been talking to live agent every week or two and would ask them if my interview has been scheduled and they would tell me that not yet.Last week I contacted them again and she told me that my case was placed in line to be scheduled for an interview.So it’s good,it means it moved a bit forward,but again-you can wait in this line to be scheduled for couple weeks or for months and months.Honestly 3 months after biometrics it’s not that much time.I know waiting is hard,but I see people on this app waiting forever,so I think 3 months it’s not that bad.But hey,keep talking to live agent ,maybe you will hear some good news from them one day.

Thank you Ana for the feedback. Honestly it’s the service center as well but yeah I realized after posting here that maybe give it another month or so. I just had to accept a full time offer with another company, for that I needed EAD. My current visa H1B requires me to be stuck to my employer
