Marla - it means your case is outside processing time and you may now send a request to know what's up with it.

yeah it is outside processing time. you may send request but if you do they won't give you what's going and when you get approval or RFE .. they just tells you same as you status.. better not to waste time filling out that forms..

no but you will not get any information about the case .. they will tell you the same thing as your case status say... last movement on you case.. it's not bad idea .. if you want you can do it though

Hi everybody.
l also received the same message.
I'm waiting for AOS interview decision.
we got a RFE after interview.
but not update since our response 3 months ago. case is now outside normal processing time.
