Hello! Guys did someone contact the Congressman in Illinois or other state and ask for help with the immigration case? I would like to know if this really help? And how this actually work? You email The Congressman and after that they contact the Service Center? Or how?

send my medical exam on November 29, 2021 but my status is not update yet.

i-485 denied and then reopened and the. denied and then reopened

it’s weird, last oct 9 our denied i485 got reopened and then yesterday i got denied status and then today I got reopened status again. Anybody had an experience like this?

processing time

hello again everybody, I have a question regarding the processing time. My case was filed on Texas service center first, when I bugged Emma & was able to speak with a live agent said my case was sent to Nebraska service center. so my question is how does this processing time gets calculated? Does the processing time depends on the pd or they start recounting from the day the service center receives the case? because when it was filed on the texas it said the processing time would be 10.5-13.5 & for Nebraska is different. They all are different than each other. I am confuse!!

Hi, my case was received by USCIS on 3rd March 2021, on the NOA1 my name was spelt wrong so we contacted them and on 9th June name was updated. Will the case still be looked at from March date or will the now use the June date? thanks :)
