oath ceremony rescheduling
hello my oath ceremony should have been rescheduled in 30 days as it was said in my case status but today it has been 4 months i still haven’t got rescheduled for my oath taking ceremony!!! please somebody help me and tell me how long does they take to reschedule the oath ceremony, i have been calling to uscis for soo long but nobody attends the call instead they put it on robot she just reads my case status and tell me nothing about the time period please help me please tell me what should i do i am so so so so stressed and depressed!!!! 💔

My PD for i140 is Sep 2020, and it is approved.
Filed i485 in Dec2020 without medicals. Biometric got done in April 2021, and still waiting for medical RFE.

Hello, I have a question; what happens if unofficial separation occurs before the N-400 interview based on marriage eligibility? How will this affect you in the future if you want to apply again based on five years rule? Please let me know if anybody knows or has knowledge about this? Thank you.

as I used to get J1 visa I got ssn from last year right now I’m waiting on my cases based on marriage, honestly I’ve been working since then until my case get ready to schedule for an interview on Oct,01 of course they might ask me if have you work illegally? my work permit was done on Sep,2020 and I’ve been using my ssn to work and pay for taxes after I married. I filled I-485 the question yes/no that asking me if i work illegally i put ‘no’ on that time because I was unemployed but right now I’m working what should I tell them? please give me some advises i just want to be preparing

just an opinion..my ead in process since 180 days and in raised a service request...expedite request and enquiry submitted to uscis by congressman...
does raising multiple raising harm the application?
I have lost my job and cannot join a new offer and hence I am trying to reach through various channels..

expedite request raided 1 week back - no response
congressman submitter inquiry 3 weeks back - no response
