received EAD in November 2020 and got biometrics completed in December 2020.
then received RFE on I-140 in May 2021, and approval for I-140 in October 2021.
now waiting for I-485, hope to hear something soon

nothing yet, I already raised a few expedite requests and all of them denied. my ead extension ends up this March and I will keep trying in February

sorry to hear that... can’t you continue to work based on the fact you’re in the adjustment of status process? I know it depends on the type of visa you are on, so if you’re on an L type of visa then you can continue to work

I guess the expedited requests were for EAD... I was curious if you raised also service requests for your I-485 being outside of processing period. were those successful?

I can’t work without ead… I will raise a SR for 485 this February but not sure if will work with 140 pending. it seems 485 doesn’t roll without 140 approval

yes, my I-140 got approved in October 2021, I am now waiting for I-485 only...

I’m sure it will take a while... first I need to receive RFE for medicals, then I’ll wait 3-6 months for the next steps... I’m mentally ready to wait until the end of the year for GC.
