How long usually takes to review after interview? I’m married to USA Citizen! Is this a bad situation?
I’m so nervous, my interview was great but they didn’t approved! they already approved the I-130 last year!

Hi everyone,
I had my marriage based green card interview in Memphis,TN back in 08/14/2020.We felt interview went well however We was told she need to send it for supervisor approval and will hear decision in 120 days.Iam sitting here over a year now..I had raised a few out of processing time requests and the answer is simply they need to review background check and can't make decision at this time.I spoke to Emma today and was told by live agent that my case is processing at New Orleans, LA. It's not over yet ,And when I spoke to live person on phone I was told it is processing at NBC ..I am totally confused what is going on with my case at this point...Does anyone heard or experienced this situation before.. Please share your thoughts..

Case expedite Seattle
Did anyone try to expedite their EAD (i-765 process) in Seattle? Do you need to send evidence at the moment you apply or they ask for it later? Has anyone used job offer letter as evidence??
My case is marriage based and I filled through Nbc.

Texas.. what is worng with Texas… so slow
this is just not making anh sense to me..
they are not even processing a single case a day now…
got my medical RFE in august and replied in the same month.
still waiting.. is has been more than 3 months that I have replied…
anybody in the same boat?
TSC seems just extra slow compared to other offices.
all my co-workers got their green cards right after RFE reply.
I might be losing my future job offer since my green card is still pending..

submitted complete pakage for Vawa December 2020, it’s 12 months still waiting for work permit , I raised a service request and also expedited base on hard ship , I got this response when I logged in On December 2, 2021, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1S3352100686VSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
how soon can they get back to me?

i got an email saying my case is granted for expediting. And whenever I call they say it is ready to be scheduled for interview. But it doesnt update on my USCIS account. If they say its being granted how come I still have to wait for over a month after they sent me an email?
