Can any one tell me how to talk by the phone with a tier 2 agent, it has been impossible to do it, I’m always talking to a machine. Thanks

when you call say you miss interview date they will transfer you to an officer then you will ask the officer to schedule a call back from the tier 2 officer it might be a few days but they will reach out to you
