You’ll need to submit the expedite request first, then wait for them to get back to you (probably through email) - if your reasons are good, they will ask you to send the evidence, either through the website or by mail. I’m going through this process atm, I juat submitted my second request, because they didn’t respond to me after 1 month of waiting.

my first request was through a call (after I failed to create one through Emma) - the second one was through chatting with an agent on the website. I basically asked the agent to recreate the request. and she did. I checked today with them (Emma) and they said that the case was assigned to an officer in Dec 1. My case is in Sacramanto. but I think the work auth is being processed in Nebraska, not sure. My request is based on a job offer (I got an offer signed and not depended on a starting date. The company wrote on the job description that the start date is based on my eligibility to work in the US) - my case is Marriage based.

Thank you!! Try to call them first. I called them at 8am their time, first thing in the morning. when you get them on the phone, say that you’re looking to create an expedite request for your work permit. they will share some info about it, ignore it. as soon as they finish reading that, just say you have a job offer and it will improve you financially and help you take care of family. they will give you a reference number, make sure to save that. there’s no way to check the status of this request without taking to an agent, so you will need Emma for this

Just letting you guys know that my expedite request just got approved. 6 days after I called the USCIS to request it. No evidence was asked.
