they shouldn't.. that's so rude .🤔. they are paid to help people... that's a job has to do everyday..

the worse part is that after I told him I’m a male he just dropped the phone …I couldn’t believe this is how they treat people

@mo the agents are not rude.are cold but not rude.Something you said triggered you have always talk with them polite .if you read can be denial reason too being belligerent or scream to a agent. doesn't make sense the arguing.or tell all or not tell the convenient part

Mo - in my experience, USCIS agents are patient and understanding. how you approach them dictates how they will react. you're the one needing something from them. so, showing no humility and/or respect would turn the conversation sour in less than a second. I'm not saying that you did, but that's just for next time you attempt to call them again. 🙂 I'm not saying kiss their bottom either. just be a human being talking to another human being and you will be amazed at the miracles that they could do for you from the phone. 🙂 again, that's just my experience from talking to them a few times over the years and this year more times than before.

we didn’t argue at all he just said I’m a female and I said no I’m a male,probably because I hav a soft voice but that shudnt mak him hang up phone within helpin

agents are not the same and costumer service either…so I just got th wrong one,none the less I got help that I needed through live agent

her condescending, telling me the address I'm giving her is not on file n then suddenly it is...among other things.
