I had my interview in August 2021, everything went well as in passed and to this day im still waiting on a response for approval. I've tried to contact the office to no avail. who and how can I contact someone as far as my case? it's very frustrating. it's going on 4 months

I was able to speak with a live agent through emma on the uscis website

get on the uscis website. then click on menu, all the way to the bottom you will see ask emma
tell her you want to speak with a live agent. if she don't allow u too keep bugging. then she will put u on. I was taught that today from someone om a different post. and I got a response

wow the same happened to me I passed the interview and still don't have any updates in uscis or receive any letters for my oath ceremony
