you can place another expedite request again if you want but the only expedite they’re currently approving is only Humanitarian reasons. because I have placed to requested for my I-130 and they both got denied sadly.

what would be a humanitarian reason because I did say that and mentioned that I don’t have a good job with 2 kids and we need financial assistance from my husband and my kids are always crying for their dad

well for me I had to call USCIS to check the status because everything is so backed up now, I don’t think they’re sending out notice now because I didn’t get one.

you should try calling agakn to expedite it and tell the officer you have proof of hardship, but if you can rlly show proof tho.

As far as I can see with personal experience unless you have a job offer or humanitarian reasons like life or death they not approving any expedite request for no other reason.

yea i have an job offer so i got my expedite granted but it rlly doesnt help cuz im still waiting for my interview
