mine was approved on 11/9/2021 with PD 4/2/2021. C8, Nebraska.

Hi guys how are you. i tried to expedite this my senator but it is been more than 3 days but no response. i send them also inquiry about case went otside normal processing time. but still nothing

and did you expedite it with your senator by providing what

case was accepted on April 12 and case was approved December 7. first time tried to expedite but failed. reason was financial loss. second time expedited and send inquiry about case outside processing time. case got approved.

what did you provide for the senator office or for uscis for the financial loss being approved

D A nothing. i just explained that I don’t have money and if I don’t work I will be in trouble

did they call uscis or they emailed them? and after how many days did you get the update of card processing

Case was send 08/05/2021 still waiting, stress a lot

my case changed to card being produced on 01-22 my PD was 05/19/21

what happens after 180 days auto extension applies for EAD whle I 765 is under process/pending and after expires the 180 days auto extension, can I work ?

@bheem after the 180days extension expires you can’t work in the US but hopefully you’ll get your new card before that
