Paula, to create an account you need the letter with the code to create one! so if your attorney receives all your mails from USCIS, he/she probably already create an account as an attorney using that code. now can you reuse that code ? I don’t have answers for that.

u can find ur A-number on the USCIS account if u click on profile under ur name. they have ur A-number listed there and online account number.

sorry there is written uscis account and then my case status i didn't find profile and also my case status wont change just telling case received no more

when u go to the home page it will have your name and under it it should say view profile in blue click on it and it should take u to the page where it provides u with ur A-number and account number
