I don't think so because my husband had the same issue he passed the interview they told him they couldn't do the oath same day for him just like everyone else because he had a pending citation and they will schedule the oat after court we done with court until now no oath ceremony schedule yet

@kiki, if the ticket is pending and you passed the test then most likely you application will still pending until you clear it.

My friends ticket were already on his record and they did not know for some reason because in the application he said no citation

I paid the ticket . I was 500 for nothing . as right now I’m in waiting for the officer to call me for my n400 interview.

make sure you take the receipt that proofs that you had a ticket and you paid it. good luck

now she don’t ask me anything about that and she approved me
