Congressperson EAD expedite
Hi everyone, I’m considering expediting through congressperson and was wondering what is the best route to take. For those who have been successful, do I go in person or submit online. I expedited through Emma one week ago and no response.
My case is marriage based, PD March 2021 and bio done. I’m a nurse who is currently on unpaid leave from my job.
Suggestions are welcomed.
second rfe after medical for EB3
i will lose my mind. i submitted my medical rfe response and now they are sending me a second rfe for my diplomas, transcripts, travel records. and I-20 and so many other things. HOW IS THIS ALL RELEVANT 10 YEARS AFTER I GRADUATED AND HAVE BEEN WORKING ON H1B FOR 6 YEARS!!!!!!
plus their stupid rfe didnt even show up on the tracker. it seems like they sent this to me in early June and my deadline was September 13, which passed already. i got the letter today in the mail
Marriage Based interview cancelled
Hello, in MD.
My case was scheduled for interview on 9/27/2021 but two weeks before it is now cancelled with a notice saying due to unforeseen circumstances and if interview is rescheduled or decision is made.
I am concerned. No RFE so far. Anyone in the same boat? We filed April 2020. #interviewcancelled
Missed Bios 9/14
My bios were cancelled because of tropical storm nicholas. I already posted twice on this platform and got a few people tell me that it could take 3-4 weeks before getting a new appt. I have been monitoring my mail through usps and it shows an envelope from uscis is arriving today. Could that be my new appt or a notice letting me know they will be rescheduling soon? (Btw i am posting here before the mail arrives) I need piece of mind. Anyone has had their bios reschefuled?
Do you get a notice first or they reschedule bios immediately? TIA
What is the waiting time after EAD expedite approval?
How long is the waiting time from EAD Expedite approved to Card being produced? it's been 4 days since my EAD expedite was approve and no update until now if EAD was approved or card is being produced.

I received my case notice for u-visa in 2017 April from there on there are no further updates on the case abs also I am unable to track the case online at all

What are my chances to get an answer before March 2022 from the Vermont Service Center? It's been 5 months since fingerprints was updated. No RFE. I am a Registered Nurse and yet this is aching me.

Does anyone have same experience?
Hi all
So earlier this week I've talked with one of the agent thru Emma chat, and he said my biometrics apps is not even ready yet.
And 2 days later I tried Emma chat again and the agent told me that my biometrics apps is next week.
I was like WTF? becase I didn't get ANY notice about that.
Also my bio apps were issued on Sep.4 which was almost 3 weeks ago but the first agent told me to just wait.
I'm was in panic because what if I didn't try to talk with other agent in 2 days..???
I still have no clue why I did not receive any notice such as email, mail or app notifications..
Also theres still nothing on the app other than 'case was received'
