Interview questions
Have anyone experience questions during the interview, that are indirect evidence to the couple? We were not asked any questions about our relationship.marriage, etc.
I was asked about my husbands job, pay day, bank, his son and where he lives
My husband was asked about the rent, the amount, my children, my job, pay day and bank.

I -130 Noid
Hello there,
So we have been married since June 2019, did interview in November 2019 and then went back for stoke in January 2020. During the stoke, we had two inconsistence answers out of ninety six questions. October 2021, we got an Noid for (petitioner) raising those two unmatched answers and asked us to fight the arguments.
They also requested for more evidences to prove the marriage is bonafide.
we responded to the noid in December 2021, List of new evidence submitted in the Noid response are ;
Old and new leases with our names
Payment records with our both names
Joint tax transcripts for 2yrs
Utility Bills
Letter from employer stating husband as my spouse, life insurance beneficiary the employer offered and listed him as my emergency contact
Letter from fertility doctor saying that I and my husband are under her care for fertility treated as I have suffered miscarriage twice. (Also medical records showing lab results and ultrasounds results showing pregnancy )
Letter from IRS showing I helped my husband pay his child support he owed
Personal Life insurance claiming ourselves
International trip together to my home country with tickets, hotels and pictures
Notarized Affidavits from our lease assistant manager and also from family and friends
Bank account closure letter (no joint account now, was closed in 2020)
what is the timeline hearing from them and What are our chances of getting this Noid approved?
Please help!!!
still waiting to be rescheduled
I had an stoke interview scheduled for August and then canceled. When it was rescheduled it was in the wrong state. I had to correct my address. that was September 2021. I’m still waiting…

March filers I-129F
As of December 19th we were 3,288 waiting of 3,753 (subtracting the automatic denials from lack of signature on i129f in April 2021)
There were 332 approvals and 133 RFE = 465.
465 / 3753 = 12.4% of cases looked at.
This percentage is about half of December. Maximum I see another 12% being looked at before January. (~25% a month).
By end of March should be near 100% for March group.
10-12 months looks about right.
The new hope: Hope I don't wait till March.
The new perspective: We are all first in line. That is something to be grateful for!
One thing I will note is that they sort of just grabbed March 1-8 cases and are just going through them without any particular rhyme or reason. It is worth mentioning that March cases start with 575xxx and a massive 164 of the first group's cases have already been processed ( as of December 21st) so it's not all that bad. March is just a really, really large filing month, but at the very least we're no longer forgotten. :)
Wising everyone luck
