hi all, I have been waiting more than 60 days after sending my response to an RFE (I-129F). can anyone share their experience on timing and if it is worth contacting USCIS? Thanks a bunch!

Guys have any of you experienced the same before ? We are really excited and at the same time lil worried if I will have any issues with mine ? Any Insight will help.

a week after ead, excitement began to wear down and I started stressing about my ssn so I made an appointment with my local office. I got there today and they confirmed uscis issued a request but card was discarded because they put in a wrong address for me. they put in only first two letters of my street name which triggered an error

Hello everyone,my husband filed I-130 for my daughter it was in Nebraska center when the NOA1 came. but they transferred her case to California. her pd is September/2021. since yesterday her case is under review. is that a good sign? because California is the longest one for processsing.

hello everyone. just want to discuss with you and know more about it. as we know there are chances that there might be retrogression for eb3 in November. who is going to be effected with this? My pd is September 2018, and filed my aos in September 2020. do you think i can get effect for this? im talking about rest of the world countries, not china and India.
