Regarding When Can Take Further Action On Case?
My wife had her citizenship interview on 4/28/21. It is my understanding that if a decision is not made within 120 days of the interview, you can take further action to ask the court for judicial review of the case to make a decision. However she received an RFE in late July, 2021. My wife responded to the RFE and USCIS confirmed receipt about a month ago in August, 2021.. I read that they are allowed to take up to 60 days to respond to the RFE. Does that mean we need to wait another month before we can start taking further action on the case? Or were they supposed to make a decision within 120 days of the interview regardless of the RFE and we can start taking further actions? Can anyone shed some clarity on this?

received RFE for medicals after dropping them off at field office
Hi, My 485 was filed under EB2 last year, priority date is May 2011, my EAD and AP got approved at the end of Aug, my attorney has dropped off medicas at USCIS field office in Boston on Sep 1st and RFE for medicals has been issued on Sep 3rd, what do you guys suggest? do we need to respond to RFE with new medicals or wait for USCIS to connect medicals to my case?
