Did you get an interview waiver? Or you had the interview?
L
Lorz TorDec 28, 2021
There was no interview with i-765 approval ..EAD card
OO_ 2021Dec 28, 2021
Ok so if I get you correctly, you had interviews for other 3 but not i-765?
L
Lorz TorDec 28, 2021
Yes @OON.. Only the i-765 for now. It's showing as the greyed out bar in the timeline above.
OO_ 2021Dec 28, 2021
I ask this because I filed concurrently and would like an idea of the turnaround flow, thanks.
OO_ 2021Dec 28, 2021

@AG, I expedited twice, but was denied..so I went through my congresswoman.

oh they approved based on congresswoman.. I thought its just about waiting
L
Lorz TorDec 28, 2021
@AG: There were people who filed this year and were approved within 100 days. Mine was taking too long, and it was also "out of normal processing time", so I decided to expedite and reach out to my congresswoman. I was tired of waiting, plus employment opportunities were being withdrawn due to the USCIS delays. And I've been out of work for more than a year! Don't wait!
