Administrative closure because of jurisdiction
So back then in 2017 I requested a case with asylum this case was denied and was sent to EOIR i got my NTA but at the hearing the judge told me that the DHS didn’t present the documents and she will closed the case under failure to persecute, after that i filled a i-485 under cuban adjustment and after 2 year and an interview i got a administrative closure under jurisdiction, i went to the immigration court and they told me they cannot give me any documentation showing my case is closed because basically there is not case with them and jurisdiction is still under dhs and uscis, i spoke today with duty attorney of dhs in the court and she told me the same they do not have this documentation and uscis should know they have the jurisdiction and approved my case i need help what should i do

changing interview date
hi guys, my interview finally has been scheduled after 12 months I was wondering if anyone changed the interview date? I won’t be in the US that time so I need to reschedule my interview and postpone it for a 2-3 weeks later. if anyone rescheduled the interview please let me know how long it delayed, I don’t want to wait a few more months I just need to postpone it for few weeks

Interview prep
My wife and I have been discussing whether to add my name to the house in preparation for the interview. Doing that will cost something financially which beg the question. Is it a necessary step to have joint property as proof of relationship? What’s your take on this? Will be happy to hear from your experience.
uscis case processing times tracking
hi there - when I go on the uscis website for case processing times - to check what the length could be. this is what I have not seen when I started my case in July… can someone explain what I missed and what this means now? “ALERT: Starting Nov. 1, 2021, processing times will be based on 6 months of data instead of one month. You can read more about processing times on our Case Processing Times page.” below it then has the timeline 9.5-23 months estimated range for receipt case inquiry March 2020….
RFE
Aloha, We just got an update on our case. They want RFE we haven't received the letter by mail yet, But normally what do they want to see? I applied for the I130 back in Feb, Me and Hubby who I applied for have a 6 month old and we got married online via Utah marriage we were together for the ceremony, We have tons of photos of us, Baby, Family and friends , Boarding passes and all since we've been together. Thanks in advance

Interview questions
Have anyone experience questions during the interview, that are indirect evidence to the couple? We were not asked any questions about our relationship.marriage, etc.
I was asked about my husbands job, pay day, bank, his son and where he lives
My husband was asked about the rent, the amount, my children, my job, pay day and bank.
