they will only close for the New Years Friday and reopen on monday

I submitted my RFE however no updates either online or mail and waiting since 3weeks. 74 days is too much. I don’t how USCIS process the RFE request and response

mine is actively reviewed since 99 days after being in process for 13 months. same feelings 😌

Generally RFE means USCIS needs few additional supporting documents or information to make a final decision but why they are taking many days decide?

I am waiting for a RFE Response. what they asked for is already there for 74 days.

USCIS need to change the process. some people get approval within 45 days and others will wait years with the same PD.

yeah. why do they need 74 days to make a decision? overall it’s bad process and they are kings!
